First session: High-level round table discussion on the Bonn Ministerial Declaration on “FOREST EUROPE – Keeping Sustainable Forest Management (SFM) Fit for the Future”
Aim: Exchange of national and regional experiences in implementing SFM, sharing of related challenges and future perspectives for implementation. Signatories and observers can express their view about the Bonn Ministerial Declaration during this session.
Structure: LUBo will start with a short intervention to set the scene. Two consecutive panels with interventions by ministers and high-level representatives on stage and observers from the floor, followed by a moderated discussion with spontaneous but short interventions from signatories and observers.

Second session: High-Level round table discussion on the “Bonn Ministerial Decision: Sustainable Forests Management as a Tool to Enhance Forest Resilience”
Aim: Dialogue about strengthening SFM and forest resilience at national level, while fostering them at pan-European level. Signatories and observers get the opportunity to discuss a joint way forward via promotion of cross-border collaboration and their readiness to establish and support a pan-European Forest Risk Facility (FoRISK).
Structure: same as the first session above.

Third session: Talk on “Seeding youth-led opportunities for the future of Europe’s forests”
Aim: Youth and high-level representatives will exchange information about the role of youth and their vision on how to implement the recommended actions from FOREST EUROPE, and how to maintain the momentum for youth involvement in the process.
Structure: LUBo will start with a short intervention to set the scene, two youth representatives will present the position paper. Statements by high-level representatives from signatory countries on the stage and observers from the floor will follow, in addition to a short, moderated discussion.

Fourth session: Open discussion with LUBo focusing on “The next chapter: Future vision of FOREST EUROPE”
Aim: Focus on the future role of FOREST EUROPE in the policy arena, based on the visions proposed by the ministers and observers.
Structure: LUBo will make a short presentation to set the scene, followed by a moderated discussion with intervention from the stage and audience.
